2016 is the year the DofE celebrates its Diamond Anniversary. The Duke of Edinburgh is the patron of the Camping and Caravanning Club and Julia Bradbury, as the president of the club is supporting the Diamond Challenge. This year the Diamond Anniversary Launch event is held in Covent Garden.
The DofE team have set up a climbing wall with the aim for it to be climbed to reach the height of Ben Nevis. It needs to be climbed 170 times to reach this! Julia, amongst others are supporting this event.
