Basin Howe Farm is on the edge of the North York Moors between Dalby Forest and Scarborough within the Yorkshire Nature Triangle. We offer a warm welcome to guests at our luxury 4 star holiday cottages, which are actually big barn conversions each sleeping 4 guests.

This whole area has spectacular scenery and great walking and cycling. The Cleveland Way runs through some of the best walking country in the World and can be accessed down the road at Scarborough it connects with the Wolds Way at Filey. There are miles of green roads and cycle routes – the Moor to Sea route is minutes from here. Then there is plenty to do when you have had enough exercise!.

We provide comfy sofas and comfy beds to come home to and showers that will make your day. You can wash your boots, store your bike and then relax in three acres of gardens or enjoy the Pod summer house.

Amber Cottage is our most accessible cottage with level floors, wide doors and a fully accessible wet room. Planned for guests who have difficulty walking or who sometimes need a wheelchair .
