The Border Walk, Scottish Borders
Come walk a beautiful section of the Pennine way whilst working your way between the peaks of ‘Black Hag’ and ‘The Curr’.

This walk takes you through the Borders within Northumberland National Park. Start and finish at the Border Hotel with a tea or a pint.

There are vast amounts of rolling countryside, the hills provide a superb backdrop to some of the best walking.

Along this route you will find Pennine Wayfarers at the end of their journey and about to get their final stamp for their certificate and their free pint!

Carpark: around the village green in Kirk Yetholm.

Remember to prepare properly before heading out on any type of walk or outdoor activity. Tell people where you are going and what time you are expected back. As Wainwright says "There's no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing".
