Terms & Conditions:

1. This is a Prize Draw between The Outdoor Guide and GreatLittleBreaks. To win a TOG Buff, A Healthy Back Bag, Robens Ambleside 66 Carbon Trekking poles, a signed copy of Julia Bradbury’s paperback book ‘Unforgettable Walks’ and a signed copy of the DVD ‘Britain’s Best Walks’ and £20 Great Little Breaks voucher. To enter, please fill in the form on this page. To enter, please ensure all data fields are completed on the entry form on this page.
2. There will be 5 winners. Each will be selected at random from the entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions by a representative of The Outdoor Guide, whose decision will be final. The winners will be notified by email by no later than one week after the closing date. If the Prize is not claimed within 3 days of the winner being notified, The Outdoor Guide and Great Little Breaks reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
3. By entering this Prize Draw the winners agree to their name being posted on The Outdoor Guide, GreatLittleBreaks, Healthy Back Bag and Robens (hereinafter the ’Companies’) websites and on their social media accounts, announcing their win.
4. There is no purchase necessary to enter.
5. The Prize Draw opens at 12:01 am GMT on 24/05/17 and closes at 11:59 pm GMT on 28/06/17. Any entries received outside these specified times and dates will not be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw.
6. The Prize Draw is open to anyone aged 16 or over in the UK and ROI except employees of the Companies, or anyone professionally connected to the competition Prize Draw. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the winner will be asked to have his or her guardian complete waivers, consent forms and/or other documentation as prerequisite for being awarded the Prize.
7. Only one entry per person allowed. Second or subsequent entries will be disqualified. Entries will not be accepted via agents, third parties or in bulk.
8. The Companies are not responsible for contacting or forwarding Prizes to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed. The Outdoor Guide and GreatLittleBreaks do not accept any responsibility for network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.
9. The Companies reserve the right to alter the Prizes or cancel the prize draw without notice. No cash alternatives to Prizes will be provided.
10. The winner’s name will be published on The Outdoor Guide website on 28/06/17.
11. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
12. No returns, unless manufacture fault.
13. The email addresses of entrants will be used by The Outdoor Guide, GreatLittleBreaks, Healthy Back Bag and Robens. You will be given the option of opting out of these e emails if you don’t want to receive any further news.
14. By entering the Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. These terms and conditions and any disputes or claims (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of these terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. The Outdoor Guide and Great Little Breaks complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. The Outdoor Guide and Great Little Breaks will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have given us permission to do so.
