Walk Details

This Guernsey Commonwealth Walkway is a fantastic 12km route that connects 21 points of significance on this stunning island in the Channel Islands.

It explores Guernsey’s historic capital Saint Peter Port, showcasing a mixture of magical coastal views and the streets and buildings that make this such a special place to walk.

Guernesey in general is a fantastic place to discover on foot with rugged cliffs, sweeping bays, bountiful wildlife, and fantastic local food to enjoy at the end of each day.

The Guernsey Commonwealth Walkway was drafted by the Outdoor Trust to coincide with the Queen’s Baton Relay visit on 9 September 2017, and the Trust looks forward to working with the government and the local community in Guernsey to develop the route and complete it in the near future.
