Wye Valley Walk

Walkers from around the world embark on this classic long-distance route, following the Wye for 136 miles from the rugged upland moorlands of mid-Wales to the Severn near Chepstow. No passport is needed as you cross the border between Wales and England, rambling through rolling fields and cider orchards in Herefordshire. The Wye Valley National Landscape, with its stunning natural beauty, dramatic limestone gorges, viewpoints, and romantic ruins at Tintern Abbey, culminates in a spectacular 50-mile finale, ending in the shadow of a clifftop medieval castle at Chepstow.
