Hannah Beadle

Hannah Beadle

Join Hannah from Wildfitness to rediscover the joy and transformative power of your own natural potential through one of the oldest and most primal languages of the human body: movement and play.

During this very special event Hannah will lead you through two different movement sessions that will show you that the great outdoors isn’t just for observing, it is for exploring, for interacting, for learning…for moving! Through every balance along a fallen tree branch, lift of a log, throw of a tennis ball, catch of a dowel, hang from a tree, and through every smile and moment of laughter Hannah’s workshops will reignite a deep connection to nature, unlock freedom of movement and remind you what it truly means to be human.

To move wild so that we can live free.

Session benefits:

  • Our movement sessions will help to restore all elements needed for healthy minds and bodies, including immersion in nature, social contact and physical recovery.
  • Learn how moving with grace, intensity and joy can help develop a lean, strong and injury-free body. Boost brain power with skilful exercise and reconnect with yourself and the world around you as you learn to use nature as your gym.
