Roxana’s traditionally hand knitted Nordic style Pom Pom Hats and headbands
My mother was Norwegian, I remember she was always knitting us traditional ski sweaters, while grew up, even my doll had one! So when I gave up working full time I decided to start knitting again for friends and family.
I learnt to knit when I went to a Norwegian Folkenhogskole, which is a one-year boarding school, north of Oslo, offering an opportunity to learn traditional subjects and a great contrast to my classic English boarding school.
Everything will be knitted to order so I can offer variations in colours on request. Lead times will be approximately 7 working days.
All knitted in 100% wool, machine washable at 30° degree wool programme.
The hats come in three sizes, small, standard or large. There may be small variations in the pattern to accommodate the pattern. There is a choice of pom pom: standard or large.
At the moment the colour variations are the classic: black, navy, white, red and electric blue.
