Black Dog Outdoors is a fully registered charity run by a small team of volunteers who share similar interests, which include climbing, walking, paddle sports, biking, and the outdoors in general. We’re also extremely passionate about the promotion of outdoor exercise to improve mental health and wellbeing.

We provide free to attend, professionally led, outdoor activities and adventures for anyone who finds that their mental health acts as a barrier to accessing the outdoors and nature. Our aim is to inspire people with the confidence and the knowledge to continue engaging with outdoor exercise and our green spaces, whilst helping to combat mental health stigma and promoting healthy conversations about our mental health.

We have a wealth of experience between us, which covers a wide range of outdoor disciplines, and we’re here to help.
