The Bamburgh Castle Inn, Seahouses, Northumberland

Sea views don’t come much better than at The Bamburgh Castle Inn in the Northumberland coastal village of Seahouses. Take in uninterrupted views towards the inn’s namesake Bamburgh Castle, Holy Island and the Farne Islands – home to one of the largest grey seal colonies in the UK and where thousands of migrating seabirds flock each year.

Open all day, every day for home made food, drinks and accommodation, premium sea view rooms have their own balcony overlooking the harbour. Miles of empty beaches lie in both directions from the inn, a welcome host hub on the Northumberland Coast Path.
