Morning walk: A Wainwright classic – 5 miles up Bleaberry Fell, with stunning views of Derwent Water
 
Lunch: A delicious, health-focused meal influenced by the Walk Yourself Happy Nutritionist Pauline Cox, along with Julia Bradbury, and designed and freshly made by renowned chef Andrew Dickins.
