At our walking & wellness retreat UK, we want to inspire your long-term journey to health and healing in nature. Walk Yourself Happy Retreats offer the perfect combination for walkers, lovers of nature and those looking to enhance their health, mind, body and soul through workshops, walks and nutritional advice. Your wellness retreat curator and host, Julia Bradbury, will be there throughout the experience, working alongside you in the sessions and leading the much-anticipated nature walks.
Your retreat will feature in-person workshops with our experts, including international breathwork practitioner Patrick McKeown. You’ll rest, reconnect, & restore with Lisa Pauley through her AromaSounds & Yoga sessions, and reignite a deep connection to nature, unlocking freedom of movement with Wildfitness professional Hannah Beadle through every balance along a fallen branch, lift of a log, or hang from a tree!
Julia and renowned nutritionist Pauline Cox will design the perfectly balanced menu for your two-day, one-night stay. Dining with Julia, our experts and other attendees in private, this intimate family-style approach offers the perfect opportunity to discuss the day and graze over shared interests. We will explore the practices through dinner conversation and wrap up with an informal Q&A.
But the knowledge sharing doesn’t end there; Julia will reveal how she embeds these incredible techniques into her everyday routine, and our team has pulled together top tips and takeaways for each attendee that will happily complement the personally gifted Walk Yourself Happy journaling notebook that you’ll find useful during your stay!
Join us at our third destination for Love2Stay really has it all. The luxury eco-style resort is set in 22 acres of stunning landscape, with the Shropshire hills within easy reach and the Welsh border in striking distance.
With a concierge team on hand and the Walk Yourself Happy experts to advise, there are more activity options on offer should you decide to extend your retreat. You could even work out in their techno gym, fish the day away or take a dip in the natural swimming pool; you’ll spot some familiar faces taking their turn refreshing in cold water.
They’ve worked through everything down to the last detail, from stunning safari lodges with their own private hot tubs and large flat-screen televisions. Just don’t forget your blue screen glasses!
This unique nature space was created to make it easier to enjoy something special with your downtime, and although we have planned a packed two-day, one-night retreat, there’s as much to do in the surrounding area as there is onsite.
A stone’s throw from Shrewsbury, a home to timber-framed black and white buildings with steep, narrow streets and alleyways to discover. The Castle and Shrewsbury Abbey are both worth a visit, and the River Severn flows past effortlessly. Love2Stay, you’ll absolutely agree!
