Situated in the Eden Valley 2.5m from A66, surrounded by views of the Pennines, Shap Fell and the hills around Kirkby Stephen. Close to Cross Fell on the Pennine Way, and Dufton Village the start of a walking route up High Cup Nick (as filmed with Julia Bradbury). As well as being a “quiet site” Galliber can be a useful stop over from the A66. For longer breaks it is in an area of rural beauty with historic and cultural enjoyment.

If you’re planning a camping holiday in the Peak District, our Club Site near Ashbourne is the perfect base from which to explore the area.

Known locally as the gateway to Dovedale, this lovely campsite has 70 pitches spread over three fields, two of which offer hardstanding pitches and a third with grass pitches. The facilities are of a high standard and include hot showers, a washing up area and laundry.

Bakewell Camping and Caravanning Club Site

If you’re looking for peace, quiet and wonderful views teamed with walking and cycling, Bakewell Club campsite is for you. Its idyllic location near the pretty village of Youlgreave in the Peak District National Park offers a true back to nature camping experience. Campers report that the site’s minimum facilities are part of its appeal.

Bakewell campsite enjoys a peaceful, rural setting with stunning views over the Derbyshire countryside. The attractive site is excellently maintained and its 100 pitches are spacious, some benefit from the shelter of trees which dot the site. There’s also a small dog walk and a children’s play area.

Bickerton Poacher Camping and Caravanning Certified Site

This is a Certificated Site (CS). These select sites are small, privately run campsites that operates under the Club’s jurisdiction and can only accommodate up to 5 caravans or motorhomes and up to 10 trailer tents or tents, unless express permission has been given by the Club to accommodate more. They range from secluded Hideaways to fully facilitated family friendly sites, and are often found in locations where larger commercial sites are prohibited so you could be camping close to a beach or in the National Park, for example.

Lulworth Cove and the iconic Durdle Dor on the Jurassic Coastline are a must!

Clent Hills Camping and Caravanning Club Site

Set in a peaceful valley and surrounded by pleasant views, it’s hard to believe our Clent Hills Club Site is only 15 miles from the centre of Birmingham and Kidderminster is even closer.

Walkers will love the Clent Hills, which offer panoramic views as far as the Cotswolds and the Welsh borders. It is a great place to stop when walking the Worcester and Birmingham Canal walk.

Colman’s of Aysgarth Club Site

Our campsite has good drainage and hard standings for caravans and motorhomes. Our pitches are on the generous side, (12m x 12m) and 12 of the 15 have electric hook-ups, so you can bring your mini-fridge, hair straighteners and phone charger if you want to.

We could go on, but we don’t want to stop you from making your booking before you drift off to sleep (restfully of course).

Well behaved dogs are welcome at the campsite and we have one dog-friendly room in the B & B.

Devizes Camping and Caravanning Club Site

The Devizes Club campsite is a quiet and secluded retreat by the side of the Avon and Kennet Canal in the heart of Wiltshire. Trees from the Centenary Wood, planted in 2001, are now flourishing at this lovely Club Site, where the surrounding countryside includes some of the UK’s most significant prehistoric sites.

The site is four miles from the pretty market town of Devizes, which you can get to by walking along the refurbished canal towpath, passing the 29 locks in the Caen Hill flight on route.
