The Premier Paper Group is a leading independent paper merchant who have launched a carbon capture scheme that is a low cost environmental programme that helps create native woodlands in the UK. It demonstrates that organisations can have a responsible approach to the environment by being part of this method of mitigating co2 emissions and reducing their carbon footprints. 100% of money raised by Premier Paper Group from their clients who are part of the scheme goes to the Woodland Trust.

Julia Bradbury and The Outdoor Guide were invited to attend the Carbon Capture Day set up by Premier Paper Group and the Woodland Trust.

Every new tree at Heartwood Forest has been planted by a volunteer and we helped out in the last planting season this year. The aim was to plant 2500 native tree species and the 150 volunteers managed 3000! Watch the video here:

The Outdoor Guide are very proud of their relationship with Premier Paper Group and say:

The Carbon Capture scheme is such a wonderful idea, we hope that more companies get involved to help support the environment and plant many more trees!

Premier Paper Group provided all the envelopes, made from recycled materials for the #LitterHeroes campaign.
