Gemma Hunt is an experienced storyteller and children’s entertainer and star of Swashbuckle. She has recently started working with the Waterproof and Wellies project, the flagship initiative from The Outdoor Guide Foundation, which has the goal of donating 10 sets of good quality outdoor wear to every state primary school in the UK.

As part of this partnership, Gemma went to Bristol to help donate the first set of kits to a group of school children. We made a video all about the day, which you can find on our YouTube channel.

All donations to the waterproof and wellies project go directly toward the purchase of suits for schools. You can donate using our JustGiving page.

Gemma HuntPARTIES
Gemma can host an hour’s entertainment at your child’s birthday party in the South East and London areas, either at your home or in a local hall/venue that you arrange.

Parties are based on Gemma’s time at Story Explorers in Richmond and are structured around an hour of storytelling, game playing (traditional and pirate themed), singing, dancing and pass the parcel.

The pirate parties are best suited to children aged between 2 – 7 years with around 16 children at a party.

They are designed to be engaging and fun in a relaxed, enjoyable environment. The entertainment involves lots of participation, with very little ‘running around’ and noise!
