This is enhanced by the double zip baffle and the new oversize contoured thermocollar that creates a snug fit over the shoulders to eliminate heat loss through the bellows effect.

Hood and baffle drawcords are repositioned for ease of use from within the bag and all Couloir sleeping bags feature a centre zip for easy access – a feature appreciated when in the confines of a small lightweight tent.

The roomy, fast pitching, Robens Klondike tipi provides excellent levels of comfort for up to six people and has found a large enthusiastic following with families and groups. It is made from the award-winning brand’s own in superlative HydroTex polycotton that maintains a stable internal microclimate and virtually eradicates condensation. Weight and pack size are kept down with the use of strong aluminium alloy for the centre pole and door frame. The improved zip-in groundsheet features a zip to the centre, enabling it to be rolled away at the door to create a safe area in which to use the optional stove and a place for muddy boots. Other options include a four-person inner tent and floor covering for comfort underfoot.
