Staying with us at Barnsdale Hall Hotel

Hotel: The bedrooms at Barnsdale Hall Hotel are of individual design, with some rooms offering spectacular views of Rutland Water. The main hall has nine individual bedrooms with other rooms being located in two separate accommodation blocks, some of which enjoy views of the water, as well as a private balcony. Wi-Fi is available in all bedrooms, please note we cannot guarantee connection speed due to our rural location.

There are tea and coffee making facilities in each bedroom, toiletries and iron/ironing board. Cots and Z-beds can be provided in most rooms for children. Please ask for these when making your booking. Self-catering accommodation is available on a rental basis.

A number of bedrooms have been designed to take into consideration those with disabilities. These rooms are all on the ground floor with easy access, walk-in showers and handrails.

Cottesmore Lodges
Lodges 1 – 11 are detached timber-framed lodge which has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. The ground floor comprises a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, one twin bedroom, a family bathroom and a separate WC. The first floor has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with a TV and DVD player. There is an outside balcony with table & chairs overlooking the lake. There is also a further twin bedroom on this level.

Burley Lodges
Lodges 12, 12A and 18-28 are detached timber ‘A’ frame lodges. They have one double bedroom, 1 twin and two single bedrooms sleeping 6. The ground floor comprises 1 double with en suite bathroom, one twin, a family bathroom and a separate WC. There is an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen on this level with a TV & DVD player. On the first floor in the eaves there are two single bedrooms. Outside there is a terrace with table and chairs.

Exton Lodges
Lodges 14 – 17 and 31 are detached timber ‘A’ frame lodges. They have one double bedroom and two single bedrooms sleeping 4 people. The ground floor comprises 1 double bedroom, a family bathroom, and a separate WC. There is an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen on this level with a TV & DVD player. On the first floor in the eaves there are two single bedrooms. Outside there is a terrace with table and chairs.

Manton Lodges
Lodges 29 and 30 are detached timber ‘A’ frame lodges. They have one double bathroom with en suite, 1 twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge sleeping 6 people. The ground floor comprises of 1 double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom. There is an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen on the first floor with a TV & DVD player. Outside there is a terrace with table and chairs.

Apartments & Mews
Apartments and Mews sleep from 2 to 8 people. These are rented on a weekly basis with occupation commencing from either a Saturday or a Sunday. These are situated in the Garden View, Uppingham and Stable Mews locations within the resort.
