Walk Details
If you’re in need of some Vitamin Sea – this is the walk for you. At just two and a half miles this walk offers you rugged cliffs, breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and a healthy dose of fresh sea air.
Our walk starts with the circular Rougey Cliff Walk, taking us along the cliffs and offering spectacular views out to sea. You’re accompanied by the sound of the waves crashing against the shoreline.
As you complete the cliff walk, it’s now time to head out onto the beach for an out-and-back journey along Tullan Strand. For as far as the eye can see the sand stretches out in front of you. Perhaps you want to take the opportunity to go barefoot, feeling the softness of the sand, and maybe even the coolness of the ocean against your feet. Take a deep breath in and enjoy every moment of this coastal stroll.

Remember to prepare properly before heading out on any type of walk or outdoor activity. Tell people where you are going and what time you are expected back. As Wainwright says "There's no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing".
