Bainbridge, North Yorkshire Walk
Our walk today takes us to Bainbridge in the northern part of the Yorkshire Dales. It’s a lovely circular walk.
Starting in the town of Bainbridge, we first head southwards, roughly following the River Bain.
At Gill Edge we turn right and make our way towards Greensley Bank where another right turn takes us back into Bainbridge where we started.
Although this is a relatively short walk – it has many other footpaths leading from it that could extend your walk if you so desire – consult your map for details!

Remember to prepare properly before heading out on any type of walk or outdoor activity. Tell people where you are going and what time you are expected back. As Wainwright says "There's no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing".
