Love is in the air
With just a few days to go before Valentine’s Day rolls around again – this week we thought we’d show you some love by taking you to one of our favourite parts of England – the Cotswolds.

Start spreading the news …
This week we’re heading to Broadway. Not that one – the one in the Worcestershire Cotswolds. Our walk, voted as one of the nation’s favourites, takes us up to the Broadway Tower, set in 50 acres of woodland that was landscaped by Capability Brown. The tower itself has had many roles in the past – from being a printing press to a holiday retreat for artists and an RAF observation point during the Cold War years. Now it’s a lovely location for an afternoon stroll.

After our walk we’ll be heading to the Lygon Arms in Broadway Village. It’s a hotel with a rich history across 7 centuries involving Royalty, rebellion, glamour and secrets untold! It’s a great place to cosy up with your loved one next to a roaring log fire before retiring for the night.

Would you love to Walk Yourself Happy?
We’re getting really excited about the Walk Yourself Happy retreats that are taking place later this year. In May we’ll be at Love2Stay in the beautiful Shropshire countryside where alongside spending time with Julia and her four specially selected experts – you can also take advantage of the amazing facilities on offer. Tickets are selling – so if you’ve not secured yours yet – book now so you don’t miss out. Why not get a group together to come? Or treat a friend? There’s only 25 people able to join us at each retreat.
