Higher Wiscombe is set in the rolling Devon hills, and the buildings themselves are located on a gently sloping site. As a result, all of the cottages have steps to one degree or another.

Flint is designated M1, this means it is suitable for less mobile guests, but not full-time wheelchair users. Flint has the parking, entrance, terrace/living/dining/kitchen and one bedroom/wet room on one level. There are steps in the Thatched and spiral stairs in The Winery. The Winery does have a level access to the main kitchen/dining/sitting room/ground terrace, plus a bedroom and wet-room.

We have 52 Acres of private rolling Devon countryside for you to explore, are near great walks, including the SW Coast Path. We can provide all the equipment you need, to save filling the car.
