The Crew Yard – sleeps 4

The Crew Yard is a level access, single storey cottage with open plan living space designed for both the able and disabled user. It is fully central heated and has its own enclosed garden.

The combined kitchen, dining and living space allows room to move about easily with ample seating and a TV/DVD player.

The open plan kitchen and dining space is fully equipped with everything you need including – oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, low level hob unit and some low level units integrated with normal height units.

The twin has ensuite access to the spacious roll in shower room, complete with shower chair, toilet and wash basin. In addition there is a separate toilet and wash basin.

Outside the front of the cottage there is a convenient parking space and enclosed garden.

Located in the centre of the former mill-village of Bamford, The Derwent occupies an enviable position in the heart of The Peak District National Park.

This former pub/hotel is superbly converted to provide unique and extremely spacious exclusive self catering accommodation for large groups between 30 and 40 people.

The Devonshire Arms – Spa

The Devonshire Spa is housed in an ancient barn, adjacent to the Devonshire Arms Hotel. There are four generously-sized therapy rooms, an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, Rasul temple, relaxation space & lounge, with views over the tennis courts. You will find a separate gym next door with cardio, weights & resistance zones, ideal for body toning as well as pampering.

The Dresser – sleeps 8

The Dresser is a large open planned barn conversion, spread over 2 floors with beautiful views over the Norfolk countryside. The open plan downstairs living space benefits from under floor heating with the upstairs rooms centrally heated.

It benefits from ample parking right outside the cottage and level access in and around the cottage to the patio area at the back.

The living and dining area on the ground floor is wheelchair friendly with ample comfortable seating, TV/DVD player and a farmhouse table that seats 10.

The kitchen is equipped with a low level hob unit and work surfaces. There are 2 ovens, one standard size as well as a larger range style oven together with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a second table seating 6. There is also a utility room which houses the washing machine and a downstairs WC.

Our largest holiday cottage, The Drier is a large barn conversion spread over 2 floors. The open plan downstairs living space benefits from under floor heating with the upstairs rooms centrally heated.

The Green man

The Green man is a converted pub with traditional charm designed for large groups between 24 and 34. This exclusive self catering accommodation with the original bar area offers plenty of dining and socialising space.

Set in Staffordshire this is a fantastic location for Alton Towers and the Peak District National Park.

Burial ground

The Natural Burial Ground

With stunning views of the River Dart and across the South Hams Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Sharpham Meadow Natural Burial Ground offers an ecological alternative to traditional burial or cremation and is open to all – regardless of faith or local residency, whether you are using a funeral director or not, having a religious ceremony, a secular ceremony, or no ceremony at all. Ashes can be interred here as well as burials.

The site is cared for as a hay meadow, hence the grass is allowed to grow long and cut periodically. Only simple flat headstones are permitted.

The Old Cart Shed – sleeps 6

This detached, single storey cottage has been recently refurbished to offer a higher standard of accommodation for 6 people, with fantastic views over the North Norfolk countryside.

It benefits from ample parking right outside the cottage and level access throughout the cottage to the patio and lawn garden area at the back.

The open plan kitchen and dining space is fully equipped with everything you need. There is a low level hob unit, oven and some low level units integrated with normal height work surfaces. There is also a fridge, microwave and washer/drier. The central farmhouse dining table comfortably seats six.

Watch the sunset from the spacious living room complete with comfortable seating and TV/DVD player. Patio doors open out onto the garden seating area where you can soak up the view.

There are three bedrooms, one double room and two twin rooms. The double and larger twin rooms share access to a large roll-in shower room with bath, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second bathroom with bath, toilet and wash basin.

It is fully centrally heated and has its own enclosed garden and patio area.
