Spooky Strolls
We’re already over half way through October and it’s safe to say it’s now feeling very autumnal outside. The nights are drawing in. The clocks are about to change (public service announcement for those of you in the UK and Europe – they change on Sunday 29th October). The shops are full of pumpkins (and some Christmas goodies – but we won’t go there just yet) so we thought this week we’d get a little spooky!
Weekend Walks
As spooky walks go – this is one of our favourites 👻. This week, we’re headed to Shropshire and the Stiperstones Ridge walk. Legend has it witches convene here, on the craggy peak of Devils Chair, to drink with the Devil. It’s also believed that the ghost of a Saxon warlord, Wild Eric, still roams these hills. Keep a watch out, and you might just see him for yourself!
Love2Stay is Shropshire’s luxury touring caravan and glamping resort that offers you everything you need to relax and unwind after a day out walking the hills.
No Tricks. Just Treats.
We recently visited Luton Primary School in Chatham with our friends at Nikwax to present them with sets of Waterproofs and Wellies. Nikwax have donated ten sets of kit to ten primary schools in the Weald area, close to their HQ. Joining us on the day was TOG Foundation Ambassador Gemma Hunt and Tracey Crouch MP for Chatham and Aylesford.

Dublin’s Fair City
Have you been watching Julia Bradbury’s Irish Journey on Channel 4 on Saturday evenings? This week Julia will be visiting the city of her birth, Dublin as she continues to explore the heritage, culture, cuisine and landscape of the Emerald Isle.
