I grew up in the Pennine hills of West Yorkshire and love everything about being outdoors. Hiking, mountaineering, cycling, climbing, skiing, canoeing, walking the dog, playing football, chopping logs in my garden – as long as I’m outside I’m happy.

In 2016 I became a dad for the first time, and I want my little boy Sonny to have a childhood filled with adventure and excitement, just like I did. I want to ride bikes with him, walk up mountains with him, sleep in tents with him, watch sunsets with him, swim in the sea with him, climb trees with him – everything.
