Walk Details

Join us for a walk through Dublin’s fair city with this great walking tour that gives you an insight into the history of this place. We start with the iconic St Patrick’s Cathedral which is worth spending some time going into, walking through its hallowed halls.

When you’re ready we’re heading off across the cobbled streets of Dublin taking in a multitude of sights – the urban oasis of St Stephen’s Green, the illustrious Trinity College that is now home to the Book of Kells, a manuscript of profound importance and historical significance. You’ll also meet the much loved Molly Molone who is very much part of the folklore of this city (and has a song dedicated to her). Onwards we continue – towards the impressive Dublin Castle and Christ Church Cathedral – each offering their own tales of the history of Dublin.

As we approach the end of our walk, we near the world famous Temple Bar district – here take a walk down Love Lane and read the messages from Dubliners to their nearest and dearest. Then end the walk with a drink, something to eat, some live music and the craic that is synonymous with this amazing city.

Remember to prepare properly before heading out on any type of walk or outdoor activity. Tell people where you are going and what time you are expected back. As Wainwright says "There's no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing".
