Being a brittle asthmatic, the cold weather can affect my breathing and can leave me short of breath. I used to always put a scarf around my face when out in winter weather, but this was also itchy and I would finish up with wool in my mouth! That was back then, before I discovered BUFF.

Now I never go out for a hillside adventure without a BUFF. I love BUFF! I have several different ones… actually I’ve become a bit of a collector of them as there are so many wonderful designs and colours. And now I even have “The Outdoor Guide” BUFF to add to my collection. They are so versatile – either as headwear or neckwear. I use a BUFF either to cover my mouth in the cold or wind, on my neck to keep me warm or as a hat or headband to protect my head from the sun. Everyone needs a BUFF.
