You could stop off at the swing at the bottom of the Priory Path and fly through the air, or go on a hunt for our giant Yellow Meadow Ant.

With views over Studland Bay, this former tennis pavilion makes a quirky holiday escape.

Seaview is a former tennis pavilion turned quirky holiday cottage with stacks of charm. From its veranda you’ll have front row seats of Studland Bay. Open the double French doors to a bright and airy space where cream wood-panelled walls run throughout the cottage.

Studland Beach is just a 10 minute walk, where you’ll find a vast stretch of sand, an abundance of waters sports and views of Old Harry Rocks. For a more secluded beach without the crowds, South Beach is just 180 metres from the cottage.

Starting life as an MOD radar station, Stone Barrow Bunkhouse offers a remote hideaway for a group of eight. Walkers, activity groups or large families alike will delight over its location, high on Stonebarrow Hill overlooking Lyme Bay and the Golden Cap.

You’ll be in perfect walking territory, with 25 miles of footpaths through the countryside and headlands of the Golden Cap right from your doorstep. From here you’ll be able to loop onto the South West Coast Path and hike further along the Dorset coastline. Or stay local and relax on Charmouth’s beach, which is only a 30 minute walk downhill.

On Exmoor, Watersmeet is the meeting place of the East Lyn river and Hoar Oak Water. Explore the rich woodlands of the Lyn Valley and stroll along the riverside at Lynmouth, Combe Park and Rockford. As a contrast, the South West Coast Path runs along the dramatic Glenthorne Cliffs, towards Devon’s most northerly outcrop, Foreland Point.

Watersmeet is part of the North Devon coast managed by the National Trust.

Pack your walking boots, as this is a real walker’s retreat. The cottage sits opposite Snowshill Manor and Garden where you can pick up walking information from the shop. Nearby you can loop onto the Cotswold Way long distance footpath for walks into the wider countryside.

Our Castle Room is perfect for hosting your private dining experience, special occasion, conference or a celebration.

Located in the Manor House the Castle Room has space for up to 20 guests. Alternatively, our Main Dining room can be used for up to 60 guests for such an occasion.

Old Peculier Room

Old Peculier is a quiet and pleasant twin bedded room overlooking Castleberg Crag. The Victorian style beds, contemporary oak furniture and warm cosy soft furnishing provide a relaxing and homely environment.
The room has a first class en-suite with granite tiling and a power shower. Room includes Breakfast.

Owl Barn is a two-storey, detached cottage approached by it’s own drive and surrounded by its own private patio and garden. It is fully centrally heated and full of character.

Paradigm: The Barn

This former hay barn retains its original oak beams, with high ceilings in the lounge and dining area creating light and space.

Double glazed patio doors, open out to uninterrupted rolling fells which catch wondrous sunsets in summer and beautiful night skies in winter. On this level you also have a fully equipped modern kitchen and second bathroom with shower and bath.

Going down the polished slate staircase leads you to the master bedroom and a super kingsize sleigh bed for your comfort. To spoil you even more the ensuite includes: a spa bath with 18 jets to massage the stresses away and a power shower to invigorate.

From the lounge you can take the oak staircase up to the mezzanine to a cosy double room.

Paradigm: The House

The House at Paradigm is a beautiful character-filled hideaway without compromising the luxury of the modern touch.

A stunning kitchen surrounds the simple warmth of the AGA range. With prior notice, we can prepare meals and leave them ready for your return at the end of your day so you need not worry about dining. It’s the handy advantages that will most delight – the convenience of chilled Lakeland water and ice direct from the fridge dispenser.

The Honister Green Slate flagged floor leads through to the lounge and around the woodburner where the oak beams and sandstone add a sense of home. Here you can slump into the large, sumptuous sofas. Wander through the stone arch to the dining room; where as you dine; take in the view through the patio doors across the small valley towards the hamlet of Pardshaw.

As you go up the solid oak stairs to the two double rooms, you’ll find one ensuite with two single beds or super king size. The other super king room has its own bathroom with Victorian rolltop bath.

Tucked away within the quaint winding streets of Deal, this charming two-bedroom cottage is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosting up to 4 people, Portobello Court boasts a cosy wood burner and two en-suite bathrooms, as well as an enclosed courtyard garden.

It is situated close to the pebbly beach, long promenade and awarding winning Pier, plus has an excellent range of independent shops, restaurants and pubs nearby.

Both Deal and Walmer castles are close by and there is also a main line station with regular and easily commutable services to London.

Princes Seat Cottage

Named after Bonnie Prince Charlie (a reputed early guest at Vicarage Farm!), Prince’s Seat has three comfortable bedrooms and sleeps up to seven people.

It comprises a family bedroom with a double and single bed, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.  It has an upstairs family shower/bathroom and a downstairs shower room complete with sauna and toilet with a large shower enclosure. 

The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating for more than seven and a wood stove giving it a warm and homely feel.    

We can provide high chairs on request.  We can also lend  travel cots (please bring your own cot bedding) or fold down beds; cots and beds need to be booked in advance and there is a small charge for the beds.
